The Beadcage gladly accepts orders from all over the world. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the deliver address for your order.


How are items shipped?

We use mainly two types of carriers for shipping (UPS & USPS).


What about Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses?

Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations.


Standard Shipping
3 to 5 business days
Alaska, Hawaii: Deliveries may take longer; some items cannot be shipped to AK/HI
APO/FPO: Deliveries may take up to 21 days; some items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses
Items cannot be shipped via UPS to P.O. boxes
Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose. You'll see the shipping cost listed on the " Delivery Information" page during checkout.

International shipping options and costs:

Do you ship to countries outside the United States?
Absolutely! We have been shipping to our customers from other countries for over three years now, without a problem. We attempt to ship our products in the safest and least expensive way possible. We will work with you by phone or email to determine the best way to ship your purchase. Although the final responsibility for taxes and customs rests with the customer we will try to assist you to help determine if any of these taxes or customs charges apply. We want you to shop with us and receive your merchandise as inexpensively as possible. We realize that the cost of shipping may deter you from buying from us and it is in our benefit to keep these charges low. Returns & Replacements for International Orders

The above terms (including, if applicable, terms related to the Import Fee Deposit) also apply to any replacement product we might ship (in our discretion) if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country.



Ordering: Ordering multiple quantities?

Please be aware that our availability estimates are intended for single-quantity orders. Orders for multiple quantities of the same item may take longer to process.

Note:

In-stock items often enter the shipping process immediately, so it is difficult to change an order containing in-stock items. When ordering such items, please double-check the details of your order before submitting it.



The Beadcage Return Policy

7 days from purchase you may return item for refund. Please leave tags with the item and keep receipt.

8-28 days you can get a store credit/gift certificate.

All gifts returned in 28 or less can receive store credit/gift certificate.

We reserve the right to refuse to return an item if damaged or signs of wear.
